Vegetable Cutlet - A delicious tea time snack, which you can make ready within half hour. It can be stored also for later use after warming in a Microwave oven.
Recipe Ingredients
* Cooked Vegetables - 1 cup
* Potatoes (boiled & mashed) - 2
* Oil - For frying
* Breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup
* Cornflour - 1/2 tsp
* Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp
* Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
* Green Chillies (chopped) - 2
* Salt to taste
Preparation
First add all the ingredients except oil and bread to the potatoes. Make into cutlets and roll in the breadcrumbs.
Take a pan and heat oil in it. Once it is hot fry the cutlets until golden brown on both the sides.
Serve with Tomato Sauce and Chilli Sauce.
