Tuna Curry

The healthy way to make Tuna Curry is to buy a can of good quality Tuna Fish from super market and make the curry at your home.



Other Fish Curry recipes can be made from fresh fishes but tuna recipes in particular should be made from canned tuna fish.

Fish Curry Masala Ingredients

* Tuna Can - 1 (250g)
* Oil - 2 tsp
* Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
* Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
* Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
* Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
* Onion (chopped) - 1
* Green Chillies (cut to pieces) - 2
* Curry Leaves - Few
* Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
* Salt to taste
* Water - As required

Preparation

Take a medium size pan and saute in 2 tsp of oil the chopped onion. Then mix ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, green chillies, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt and water to make curry. Keep cooking this mixture till it starts boiling.

Finaly add tuna (with drained off oil) and curry leaves and cover the pan and let it cook for 10 minutes more on medium flame. In between move the ingredients in the pan.

Enjoy the dish with Rice.
