Chutney Ingredients
* Tomato - 4 No's
* Onion - 1 No
* Chilli Powder (Red) - 1 tsp
* Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp
* Vegetable Oil - 2 tsp
* Curry Leaves - half hand full
* Tamarind Paste - 1 tsp
* Salt - 1/4 tsp
Preparation
Take vegetable oil in pan and heat it on medium flame. Put Onion in it and fry till it becomes little pinkish. Add Tomato red chilli and tamarind and fry for 4 to 5 minutes.
Let the paste cool down and then put curry leaves with salt and grind all in a processor to form smooth paste.
