Stuffed Tomato recipe is simplest of all tomato recipes. It is to be eaten with chapatis or enjoyed with mint chutney.
Recipe Ingredients
* Tomatoes (Big) - 6
* Butter - 2 tbsp
* Cheese (greated) - 50g
* Onion (chopped) - 1
* Green Chillies (chopped) - 2
* Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
* Turmeric & Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
* Salt to taste
Preparation
Cut the top portion of the tomatoes and remove the pulp inside. Take the top portion and chop it finely.
In a pan melt butter and fry onion and once little brown add pulp and chopped top tomato. Then add red chilli powder, salt garam masala, turmeric powder, green chillies and grated cheese.Fry this masala for two minutes.
Fill tomatoes with this masala and top it with little grated cheese and coriander leaves. Place these filled tomatoes in a oven and heat it for 15 minutes at 150 deg C.
Take out and enjoy with Mint Chutney.
