Before the heat gets to you, include smoothies in your diet. Make these drinks using fresh nutritious fruits like oranges, grapes, mangoes etc. You can combine lime and cucumber juice in any of the fruit smoothies to bring out different tastes.



Grape Smoothie

Ingredients

* Grape Juice (bottled or canned) - 4 cups
* Pink Grape Fruit Juice - 1 cup
* Fresh Lime Juice - 1 cup

Preparation

Combine grape juice, grapefruit juice and lime juice in a large pitcher, refrigerate until chilled. Serve over ice.

Orange Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients

* Orange Juice - 2 cups
* Pineapple Juice - 1/2 cup
* Sugar - 1/2 cup
* Water - 1 cup

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients and stir well. Pour over cracked ice in tall glasses. Garnish with fresh orange slices.
