Shrimp Fish is a very simple recipe to make. Use fresh Sea Shrimps to make this dish. Combination of shrimp and fish make this easy recipe irresistible. Make it more spicy by using black pepper and chilli sauce.
Recipe Ingredients
* Fish Fillets - 1kg
* Shrimp (Peeled & Deveined) - 1/2kg
* Flour - 2 tbsp
* Butter - 2 tbsp
* Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp
* Milk - 1 cup
* Cheese (grated) - 100g
* White Sauce or Chilli Sauce - 1 tsp
* Salt to taste
Preparation
Take a oven and pre heat it to 160 deg C.
In a pan on medium heat melt butter and then add flour, salt, black pepper and milk and keep cooking till a thick paste is formed.
Apply the paste on the fillets and put in one layer neatly in a separate pan. Arrange shrimps on top of fillets and cover with white sauce (If you want a tingy taste then use Tomato sauce). Then apply grated cheese and cook in the oven for half hour till they turns brown and little crisp.
