Sheera or whole wheat flour dessert is a porridge diet good as part of your breakfast.
Amongst all porridge recipes this dessert is easiest and can be made in 15 to 20 minutes.
Recipe Ingredients
* Whole Wheat Flour - 20g
* Desi Ghee - 1 tbsp
* Skimmed Milk - 500ml
* Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp
* Almonds (cut to pieces) - 7
* Pistas (cut to pieces) - 9
Preparation
Take a pan and roast whole wheat flour with desi ghee till it turns golden brown. Add milk and cook for few more minutes. Ensure stirring frequently to avoid formation of lumps.
Then add cardamom powder and mix properly.
Serve hot or cold after garnishing with almonds and pistas.
