Rhubarb Chutney is most enjoyed with meat, fish curry and chicken curry items. Rhubarb actually is a nutritious vegetable but some people consider it as a fruit.

Chutney Ingredients
* Rhubarb Stalks Fresh (Chopped) - 1/2 kg
* Onion (Chopped) - 2 No's
* Sugar - 1 cup
* Ginger (chopped) - One small piece
* Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
* White Wine Vinegar - 100ml
* Salt - 1 tsp
Make Chutney
Take fresh Rhubarb Stalks and cut to small pieces.
In a saucepan add rhubarb pieces with onion, sugar, ginger, vinegar, cinnamon and salt. Put all these on medium flame and keep moving the items in the pan till mixed properly.
Heat the preparation for 15 to 20 minutes till a smooth paste is formed. Ensure to keep moving the ingredients in the pan.
Once cooked put in a Jar.
Chutney is ready to serve and the fine taste will develop in a weeks time.
