Potato Fry is one of the simplest dishes to make. Boil the potatoes, fry them in seasoning and your potato recipe is ready to relish.
Recipe Ingredients
* Potatoes - 4 to 5
* Oil - For Frying
* Onion (chopped) - 1
* Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
* Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
* Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
* Mustard Seeds - 1/4 tsp
* Curry Leaves - Few
* Salt to taste
Preparation
Boil the potatoes in a pressure cooker and keep them aside after cutting into pieces.
In a pan heat the oil and then add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and curry leaves. Once seeds starts sputtering add onion. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt once onions turn little brown. Keep frying on medium flame.
Then add fried potato pieces and cook for 5 more minutes.
Enjoy the dish with Chapati and Dal Tadka.
