Peach Chutney made from peach plum is one of the best chutneys to savor along with starters like pakoras, cheese fry pieces etc. To make this chutney the best use peach sweet in taste. Peach fresh in appearance is also main criteria in selecting good peaches for this chutney.
It takes a little longer approx. 1 and 1/2 hour but is worth the wait as it is very delicious and appetizing.
Put Vinegar in a medium kettle and boil it. Once Vinegar starts boiling add all other ingredients in it. Put gas on medium flame and stir it regularly so that mixture doesn't burn in the bottom of kettle.
Once the entire mixture forms a thick paste then stop heating and pour hot ready chutney in a Jar. Let it cool down and your chutney is ready to serve.
