Boil mangoes until tender and pulpy. Peel the skin and scrape off the pulp. Discard the seeds. Mix the pulp with water and churn it in a mixer along with sugar, salt and pudina leaves. Pour it in a bowl.
Heat 2 tsp of cooking oil in a pan. Once it is hot add asafoetida, cumin seeds. As the seeds start crackling add chilli powder to it. Mix for a minutes and remove from flame. Add this seasoning to the blended pulp.
Your Panna is ready to serve.
