Panna Recipe

Panna Recipe - make yourself this refreshing, appetising, mouthwatering raw mango drink with this easy recipe. You can store it in your refrigerator also for later use.



Recipe Ingredients

* Raw Mangoes(Kairi) – 4
* Cooking Oil – 2 tsp

* Water – 3 cups
* Sugar – 1 cup

* Pudina(Mint) Fresh – few leaves
* Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp

* Asafoetida - a pinch
* Chilli Powder - 1 tsp

* Salt a pinch



Preparation

Boil mangoes until tender and pulpy. Peel the skin and scrape off the pulp. Discard the seeds. Mix the pulp with water and churn it in a mixer along with sugar, salt and pudina leaves. Pour it in a bowl.

Heat 2 tsp of cooking oil in a pan. Once it is hot add asafoetida, cumin seeds. As the seeds start crackling add chilli powder to it. Mix for a minutes and remove from flame. Add this seasoning to the blended pulp.

Your Panna is ready to serve.
