Recipe Ingredients
* Paneer cubes - 1/2 kg
* Yogurt - 1/2 cup
* Vegetable Oil - 2 tbsp
* Onion (chopped) - 1
* Tomato (chopped) - 1
* Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp
* Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
* Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
* Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
* Chaat Powder - 2 tsp
* Coriander (chopped) - 1/2 cup full
* Salt to taste
Preparation
Make a marinade by mixing paneer, salt, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, lemon juice, little coriander (chopped), chaat powder, and keep aside for 1 hour.
Heat oil in a pan and saute onions in it. Once onions turn little brown add tomato, yogurt, turmeric powder and make a paste.
Add marinated paneer in the paste and cook for 5 to 10 minutes more on medium flame.
Serve hot after garnishing with coriander leaves.
