Paneer Capsicum

Paneer Capsicum is a simple nutritious tasty dish preferably to be prepared with fresh capsicums.

Capsicum Recipe Ingredients

* Green Capsicum (cut) - 4
* Paneer cubes - 500g
* Oil - For frying
* Onion (chopped) - 1
* Vinegar - 1 tbsp
* Tomato (chopped) - 2
* Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
* Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
* Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
* Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
* Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
* Salt to taste

Preparation

In a pan fry paneer cubes till little brown. Keep them aside on paper towel.

In the same pan fry onion till little brown. Add tomato, ginger garlic paste, capsicum and cook till mixed properly and capsicum is soft.

Then add paneer pieces, salt, vinegar and other spices to above mixture. Stir and cook well for 4 to 5 minutes more and serve hot.
