Paneer Bhurji
Paneer Bhurji with Parathas make a lip smacking combination. This dish can be made ready in 15 minutes if paneer is readily available.
Paneer Recipe Ingredients
* Paneer (grated) - 400g
* Ghee - 2 tbsp
* Onion (chopped) - 1
* Tomato (chopped) - 1
* Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
* Green Chillies (cut) - 2
* Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
* Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
* Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
* Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
* Coriander Leaves - half hand full
* Salt to taste
Preparation
Take a pan and fry onions till little brown. Then add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, green chillies and cook till half done.
Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, coriander leaves and stir till mixed properly.
In this mixture sprinkle by hand grated paneer and salt and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on medium flame.
Garnish with Coriander Leaves and serve hot.
