Osteoporosis Cure - Increase intake of calcium rich foods like fresh apple juice, cereals, and brown breads. Dark leafy vegetables such as beans, bean sprout, yellow and orange vegetable and tofu are advisable.

Chew a handful of sesame seeds every morning. It provides at least 1200mg of natural calcium. You can also take one part of black or white sesame seeds with half part shatavari (ginger and sugar added taste).

Increase dates, raisins and citrus fruits such as oranges in your diet. Sip hot water and tea made from dry ginger root. Calcium rich almond milk is another good drink for osteoporosis prevention.
