Take a pan and heat oil in it. Once it is hot add ginger garlic paste, chopped green chillies and stir.
As ginger garlic paste becomes little brown and starts leaving aroma, add lamb mince and salt. Keep cooking till most of the water is evaporated.
Then add split gram flour and continue cooking till the time flour is cooked. Add cardamom powder, mace powder, garam masala and cook for a while.
Let this mixture cool and then put it in a blender along with fresh coriander and make fine paste out of it. Make patties of this mixture of about 50gm each by putting and pressing in between your palms.
Now break the egg and beat it. Coat the patties with the beaten egg and dust them in rawa flour. Shallow fry the patties in the remaining oil till they are golden brown.
Serve hot with pudina chutney.
