Mutter Paneer

Mutter Paneer is a popular Indian dish available in all Indian Restaurants and prepared in most of the Indian homes once or twice every month.



You can cook this Paneer Recipe with frozen peas also but we prefer to use fresh peas in our recipe.

Recipe Ingredients

* Paneer (cubes) - 500g
* Peas (fresh) - 200g
* Oil - For frying
* Cream - 2 tbsp
* Onion (chopped) - 2
* Tomato (chopped) - 2
* Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
* Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
* Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
* Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
* Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
* Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
* Green Chillies (cut) - 2
* Salt to taste



Preparation

Take a pan fry paneer till little brown. Keep them aside on paper towel.

In the same pan fry onions till little brown. Then add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste and fry for another few minutes. After that add all spices powder, green chillies and cook till oil starts separating.

Then add peas and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame. In the whole mixture then add paneer cubes, salt and water(as per requirement) and cook till the sabzi becomes thick.

Add cream to it and cook for 2 to 3 minutes and serve after garnishing with Coriander Leaves.
