Mushroom Fry

Here we are presenting tasty Mushroom Fry Recipe. You might be eating regularly Gobi Fry, Capsicum Fry or Potato Fry but try this dish cooked in Indian style and you will love it forever.



All Mushroom dishes are very nutritious and healthy as mushrooms are rich source of proteins, vitamins and natural salt.

Mushroom Recipe Ingredients

* Mushroom - 400g
* Cooking Oil - 2 tbsp
* Onion (chopped) - 1
* Tomatoes - 1
* Ginger garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
* Green Chillies (chopped) - 2
* Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
* Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
* Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
* Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
* Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp
* Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
* Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
* Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
* Chopped Coriander Leaves
* Salt to taste



Preparation

Take oil in a medium size pan and heat it. Add cumin seeds and then onions. Once onions are little brown add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder and 1/2 tsp of salt. Stir frequently.

Add green chillies and tomatoes to the mixture. Cook all the ingredients properly and then add mushroom pieces. Cover the pan with a lid and let the dish gets cooked for 2 to 3 minutes. Keep aside the mushroom pre-made aside.

Take a separate flat pan. Put 1 to 2 tbsp of oil in it and add cumin seeds, coriander powder, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, coriander leaves and add mushroom mixture to it. Keep cooking the dish till water is evaporated. Sprinkle garam masala and little salt before serving hot and dry.
