Mushroom Curry

Mushroom Curry is another curry recipe which can be made in 15 minutes. Purchase a good quality Mushroom Can from super market and cook with Indian Spices.



Recipe Ingredients :

* Mushroom pieces – 250g
* Vegetable Oil – 2 to 3 tbsp

* Onion (chopped) – One small
* Turmeric Powder – 1 / 2 tsp

* Red Chilli Powder – 1 / 2 tsp
* Coriander Powder – 1 / 2 tsp

* Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
* Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp

* Curry Leaves – 5 to 6
* Salt to taste



Preparation :

Get readily available Mushroom Can from market. Take a Pan and heat oil in it. Once it is hot, add mustard seeds. As seeds starts sputtering add onions and curry leaves. Sauté well till onions turn little brown. Then add curry leaves, ginger garlic paste to the pan.

Mix all the ingredients well and add mushroom pieces. Stir the ingredients properly so that mushrooms are coated well with spice mixture. Add little water (1 or 2 cup as per choice) and cover the Pan with a lid. Let curry cook for 5 minutes more. Then add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder and coriander powder. Mix well and cook for 3 to 4 minutes more and serve hot.
