* Garam Masala - 1 tsp
* Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
* Salt to taste
Preparation
First make a marinate by mixing turmeric powder, salt, black pepper and cumin powder. Apply on chicken pieces and keep them aside for 1 hour.
Take a pan and heat oil in it. Once it is hot, sauté chicken pieces till they are little golden in colour. Take them off the oil and keep aside in a plate.
In the same pan add 1 or 2 tbsp oil more and sauté onions till it is little golden in colour. Then add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, garam masala, mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes more on medium flame.
Add chicken pieces into the pan and cook for few minutes stirring frequenlty. You can add water if required and cook till the gravy comes to a boil.
Serve hot and enjoy with chapatis and mango pickle.
