* Ghee(clarified butter) - 6 tbsp
* Onions (chopped) - 1 Big
* Tomatoes (chopped) - 2
* Yogurt - 1/2 cup
* Green Chillies (cut) - 2
* Cinnamon Stick 1" - 1
* Coriander Seeds - 1tsp
* Cloves - 5
* Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tbsp
* Green Cardamom - 5
* Black Peppercorns - 10
* Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
* Red Chillies - 2
* Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
* Coriander Leaves - hand full

Preparation

Take a Kadai(wok) and heat ghee in it. Once it is hot sauté onions in it. As they turn little brown add ginger garlic paste and sauté for few more minutes.

Add Red Chillies and coriander seeds and stir fry for a minute. Add tomatoes. Cook for few minutes and add green chillies, green coriander. Mix all the ingredients well.

Put the flame on low and add chicken pieces and cook till the gravy thickens and the pieces are tender.

Stir in garam masala, salt, dry fenugreek powder and green cardamom, turmeric, red chilli powder, yogurt and other ingredients. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. You can add little water also to make it less thicker.
