* Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp

* Fenugreek Seeds - 1 tsp

* Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp

* Curry Leaves - A few

Preparation

Take a Kadai(wok) and heat oil in it. Once it is hot add mustard seeds. As they start sputtering add cumin and fenugreek seeds. Within less than a minute they will also start sputtering then add ginger garlic paste and chopped onions.

Sauté till they turn golden brown. Then add chilli powder and turmeric, curry leaves and mix well. When it is done add Moru and put the flame on medium. Keep stirring till it starts boiling.

Remove from the gas and let it cool down a bit. During this stage keep stirring so that chunks of yogurt do not form in the curry.
