Mint Chutney (or Pudina Chutney) is favourite of all and can be taken with starters, main course, snacks any thing. Mint with it's tingy taste brings freshness and energy in this chutney.
Chutney Ingredients:
* Mint Leaves - 1 bunch
* Tamarind Paste - 3 tsp
* Green Chillies - 2 No's
* Salt - 1/4 tsp
Preparation
Chutney can be easily made by grinding Mint(Pudina), green chillies, salt and tamarind paste together in a food processor.
Add water as per requirement to make it less thick.
