* Coriander leaves - hand full
* Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
* Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp
* Asafoetida - A pinch
* Green Chillies (cut) - 2
* Salt to taste
First make 4 piece of each roti.
Now take a kadai(wok) and heat oil in it. Once it is hot sauté ginger garlic paste and green chillies in it. Fry for a minute or so and add all other ingredients (except roti pieces). Stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add roti pieces. Mix well and cover with a lid. Let the dish simmer on slow flame for 5 minutes more and then take it off the flame.
Garnish with Coriander Leaves and serve hot.
