* Coriander Leaves (chopped) - hand full * Garam Masala - 1 tsp * Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
* Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp * Green Chillies (cut) - 2 * Cinnamon stick 1" - 1
* Salt to taste
First cut chicken to small pieces and keep them aside.
In a food processor mix ginger garlic paste, vinegar, green chillies and coriander leaves to form a fine paste. Keep it aside.
Take a kadai(wok) and heat oil in it. Once it is hot sauté onions in it till they turn little brown. Then add cardamom, cloves, cinnamon and fry for 1 or 2 minutes. Add chicken pieces and fry for 10 minutes on medium flame. Add fine paste made ready earlier and fry for 5 minutes.
Add water, salt, garam masala, red chili powder to it and cover the kadai with a lid. Let the dish cook till chicken pieces are tender and gravy thickens. This will take 15 minutes on medium flame.
Remove from gas and serve hot after garnishing with coriander leaves.
