Mango Rabri
A delicacy of summer season, Mango Rabri can be easily cooked at home in half an hour.
You can refrigerate this Mango dessert also to relish it for many days.
Rabri Recipe Ingredients
* Milk - 1 litres
* Sugar - 150g
* Mango Pulp - 1 cup
* Almonds (cut to pieces) - 10
* Pistas (cut to pieces) - 8
Preparation
Boil the milk in a middle size pan till it reduces to half it's quantity. Add sugar and stir till it dissolves completely.
Add mango pieces, stir a little in the milk and cook for 5 minutes. Let it cool down and refrigerate to serve chilled.
Garnish with Almonds and Pistas.
