Malai Paneer

Malai Paneer - Very popular in Rajasthan and entire north India, this dish is prepared by frying paneer with traditional Indian spices. You can make it ready in 25 minutes provided paneer is readily available.



Recipe Ingredients

* Paneer (Cottage Cheese) - 500g

* Coking Oil - 100ml

* Ginger Garlic Paste - 3 tbsp

* Onions (chopped) - 2

* Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp

* Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp

* Malai (cream) - 100ml

* Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp

* Salt to taste



Preparation

First cut the Paneer into small cube size pieces.

Take a kadai(wok) and heat oil in it. Once it is hot add the onions and fry till they are golden brown.

Mix the ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt together. Add to the kadai and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the paneer pieces to kadai and stir till they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.

Add the cream and stir well for 2 to 3 minutes or till the oil separates. Remove from the flame and serve hot.
