Malai Murgh Tikka is a Punjabi dish made of marinated chicken cube pieces. In this Murgh Recipe main flavour is of malai (cream).
Recipe Ingredients
* Boneless Chicken Pieces - 5
* Yogurt - 2 tbsp
* Cream - 3 to 4 tbsp
* Lime Juice - 1/2 tsp
* Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
* Butter - 3 tbsp
* Salt to taste
Preparation
Take chicken pieces and skewer them on iron or wooden skewers.
Put rest of the other ingredients in a blender and make a marinate. Apply this on to the chicken at all sides. Leave the pieces aside for 1 hour.
Take a preheated oven or tawa(griddle) or tandoor and cook each skewed chicken pieces. Keep rotating so that all the sides are cooked properly. Once turned brown take them out and enjoy with a coriander chutney.
