Lentil and Curry can also be made with a combination of two lentils or with single lentils.

Recipe Ingredients :

* Red Lentil - 1/2 cup
* Moong Dal (dhuli) - 1/2 cup
* Vegetabgle Oil - 2 tbsps
* Green Chillies (sliced vertically)- 1
* Garlic Cloves - 3
* Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
* Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
* Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp
* Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
* Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tap
* Hing (Asaefoetida) - A pinch
* Salt to taste

Preparation

Wash the Red lentil and Moong Dal in running water.

Then put both these lentils along with 1 glass of water in pressure cooker. Add salt, turmeric powder, green chillies and cloves. Close the lid and cook for 1 whistle.

Once whistle is over turn off the gas and simultaneously make Tadka. Take a small pan and heat oil in it. Once it is hot add cumin seeds, hing and red chilli powder. Pour this tadka over the dish.
