Lasan Chutney

Lasan Chutney - Chutney made of Lasan (Garlic) and yogurt. This chutney is part of Rajasthani cuisine and you can make it ready in 20 to 25 minutes. In some parts of Rajasthan, green coriander (dhaniya) is also mixed to make it more tangy.



Preparation

* Lasan(garlic), skinned - 100g

* Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp

* Red Chilli Powder - 2 tsp

* Yogurt - 50g

* Salt to taste

Preparation

First mix all the ingredients properly. Then grind and blend to form a smooth paste.

Store in an airtight jar until ready to use. If refrigerated, this chutney will easily stay for 2 weeks.

Serve it along with Lunch and Dinner.
