Kulfi Recipe

Kulfi Recipe - A summer dessert, is loved by all specially when serve chilled with Falooda. You can garnish it with food syrups also to enhance the taste.



Recipe Ingredients

* Milk - 1 litre

* Sugar - 1/2 cup

* Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tsp

* Almonds (finely ground) - 5 to 6

* Pistas (finely sliced) - 5 to 6

* Saffron Strands - 5 to 6

* Rose Water - 2 tsp



Preparation

Boil the milk till it reduces to half of its original quantity and becomes thick. Keep moving the milk on medium flame so that it does not sticks to the vessel.

Then add sugar, cardamom powder, almonds, pistachios, rose water and cook for 5 minutes more so that sugar dissolves completely. Then take it off the heat and allow it to cool down.

Pour into kulfi moulds (easily available in market) and refrigerate it for 6 to 7 hours.

Serve chilled with Falooda.
