Kiwi and Lime mixed with Tequila and served cool makes a very refreshing and tasty frozen dessert. Use small quanity of tequila to make this dish fresh and not intoxicating.
Recipe Ingredients
* Fresh Kiwis - 12
* Fresh Lemon - 6
* Tequila - 50ml
* Water - 400ml
* Sugar Syrup - 120ml
* Salt - To garnish the glasses
Preparation
Switch on your sorbet machine and let cool for 10 minutes.
Then de-skin the kiwis and blend them in a mixer. After that squeeze the lemons and mix the extract with the water, tequila and sugar syrup.
In the end pour the mixture into the chilled sorbet machine and churn till it sets and forms a smooth sorbet. Garnish with salt as per choice.
Keep in your refrigerator for subsequent use.
