Take a Kadai(wok) and heat oil in it. Once it is hot add cumin seeds in it. As seeds start crackling add chopped onions. Sauté the onions until it turns light brown.
Add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, green chillies and mix well. Then add minced meat and enough water( 2 to 3 cups). Add all other ingredients including potato pieces and yogurt and cook on medium heat till meat and potato pieces are tender.
Garnish with coriander leaves and Serve hot along with cooked Basmati Rice.
