Kaleji Masala

Kaleji Masala - Parsi Recipe of fried lamb liver. You can use chicken liver also to make this recipe.

Recipe Ingredients

* Lambs Liver pieces(cleaned & membranes removed) - 1 kg

* Cooking Oil - 3 tbsp

* Salt to taste

Grind to a paste

* Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tsp

* Dry Red Chillies - 5

* Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp

* Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp



Preparation

First marinate the liver pieces with the grounded paste and salt. Keep them aside for 30 to 40 minutes.

Take a kadai (wok) and heat oil in it. Once it is hot, shallow fry the liver pieces for 2 to 3 minutes. Do not over fry as the liver will get tough.

Serve hot.
