Kadhai Maas - Rajasthani Recipe of boneless lamb cooked with tomatoes. It's a very easy recipe and you can make it yourself in an hours time.
Recipe Ingredients
* Lamb leg pieces (boneless) - 1kg
* Cooking Oil - 250ml
* Tomatoes - 1kg
* Green Chillies (cut to 1/2 " pieces) - 5
* Salt to taste
* Water - 50ml
Preparation
Take a kadai(wok) and heat oil in it.
In a bowl blend the tomatoes and add to the kadai. Cook till the oil separates, stirring continuously.
Add the lamb pieces and cook till they are almost tender, stirring and adding little water occasionally to prevent it from sticking to the bottom. When the lamb is almost tender add the salt and green chillies.
Cook till the green chillies are soft and the lamb is dry. Serve hot.
