Peel off the pumpkin skin and cut it to small pieces. Wash them and keep aside.
Take some oil in a pan and add fenugreek seeds. When they start sputtering add hing, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilli powder.
Add pumpkin pieces and sprinkle salt. Mix properly and let it cook for 15 minutes after covering it with a lid. Add grated green mango, garam masala and sugar and cook for 5 more minutes.
Garnish with Coriander Leaves and serve hot.
