Jungli Maas - A simple Rajasthani style Lamb recipe which can be made ready in 45 minutes.
Recipe Ingredients
* Lamb, cut into pieces - 1kg
* Cooking Oil - 300ml
* Red Chilli Powder - 4 tbsp
* Salt to taste
* Water - 1/2 cup
Preparation
Take a kadai(wok) and heat oil in it. Once it is hot add lamb pieces to it. Then add salt and water.
Cover the kadai with a lid and cook covered on a high flame, till it is heated through.
Lower the flame and cook for 30 minutes, making sure that the lamb does not stick to the bottom of the pot. Add the red chilli powder and cook till the lamb is tender.
Serve hot.
