Jhal Muri

Jhal Muri - A tea time Bengali Snack. You can make it ready in 10 minutes and can enjoy for number of days. In fact this simple and tasty snack can also be used to reduce your hunger pangs.

Recipe Ingredients

* Murmura (Puffed Rice) - 250g
* Mustard Oil - 4 tsp

* Onion (finely chopped) - 1
* Potato (boiled, peeled & chopped) - 1

* Tomatoes (chopped) - 1
* Cucumber (chopped) - 1

* Ginger (chopped) - 2 tsp
* Green Chillies (chopped) - 4 tsp

* Peanuts (fried) - 2 tbsp
* Kala Chana (soaked, drained & sprouted)- 2 tsp
* Salt - 1 tsp



Preparation

Combine all the ingredients except the mustard oil and salt. Mix gently with a fork.

Now add the mustard oil and salt. Mix gently again.

Serve as a snack at tea time.
