Indigestion also known as dyspepsia is a stomach problem. Indigestion can cause heartburn due to stomach acid reflux symptoms. It also irritates esophagus and leaves a bitter or sour taste in the mouth.
Prevent Indigestion by massaging your stomach with a mixture of 2 to 3 drops of garlic oil and half cup of soya oil.

Take one glass of honey and lemon juice, both mixed in equal quantity.
