Hara Bhara Kabab

Hara Bhara Kabab This snack is normally served in parties and important ceremonies. However you can make it yourself at home and serve during tea time to your near and dear ones.

Recipe Ingredients

* Potatoes (boiled & grated) - 4

* Peas (boiled & mashed) - 3/4 cup

* oil - For deep frying

* Chaat Masala - 1 tsp

* Spinach - 1 bunch

* Coriander (chopped) - 2 tbsp

* Cornflour - 2 tbsp

* Green Chillies (chopped) - 3

* Ginger (chopped) - 1 tbsp

* Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp

* Salt to taste



Preparation

First blanch the spinach in plenty of salted boiling water. then remove and dip in cold water. Squeeze out excess water and chop finely.

Mix in the spinach with potatoes and peas. Add the green chillies, red chilli powder, coriander, ginger, chaat masala and salt. Add the cornflour for binding. Divide into 25 equal portions into balls and shape into tikkis. Heat the oil in a deep pan.

Deep fry the kababs till golden brown. Remove onto a tissue paper to absorb excess oil. serve with tomato Sauce and Mint Chutney.
