Hangover Cure - It's most likely that you might not feel like eating one, but a banana will reduce symptoms of hangovers. Its fructose content will increase your energy levels, which will help get rid of drowsiness.

Greasy Foods like burgers and pizzas actually help in reducing hangover symptoms by slowing down the absorption of alcohol into your system.

Toast and honey is also good hangover food. It helps neutralize the acidic state of your stomach after alcohol intake and helps with stomach upsets.

Chinese food is another great cure for hangovers. If your stomach is up to it, down some chinese food to replenish the lost salts.

Caffeine products like coffee, tea and colas can help relieve hangover headaches, but caffeine should be had in moderation or it just worsens the situation.

Increase your intake of water and fruit juices (orange juice has tons of Vitamin C - or simply eat an orange). Consume foods that are rich in minerals like canned fish or even pickles.
