* Potatoes - 1/2 kg

* Desi Ghee (clarified butter) - 6 tbsp
* Ginger (chopped) - 2 tbsp

* Red Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
* Green Chillies (chopped) - 3

* Green Coriander (chopped) - hand full
* Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp

* Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
* Salt to taste

Preparation

First cut phool gobi(cauliflower) into florets. Also wash and dice the potatoes.

Now heat desi ghee in a kadai (wok), add cumin seeds and ginger. Sauté for a while. Add gobi and potatoes. Mix well. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and green chillies. Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 15 minutes ot till the vegetables are done.
