A visit to beautiful beaches of Goa is incomplete without enjoying Goan Fish Curry with fried rice. Goan Food with it's rich collection of sea food is not very spicy.
Goan curry is first recipe which comes to mind amongst all Goan Recipes.
Recipe Ingredients
* Fish (cut to small pieces) - 1/2 kg
* Vegetable Oil - As required
* Tomatoes (chopped) - 1 small one
* Onion (chopped) - 1
* Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
* Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
* Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
* Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
* Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
* Salt to taste
Preparation
Take a pan and put oil in it. On medium flame cook onion and tomato till a puree is formed. Then put all other ingredients (except fish) in it and add some water to make curry. You can add water as much thick or light curry you want.
Keep cooking the mixture and once it starts boiling add fish pieces to it and further cook for 5 to 10 minutes more.
Garnish it with coriander leaves and enjoy with Rice.
