Fried Fish

Fried Fish made with Cod Fish is the simplest of all fish recipes. In our recipe we are not deep frying fish but first applying the batter and then cooking the pieces in the oil.

This dish can also be enjoyed as a starter along with coriander chutney.

Recipe Ingredients

* Cod Fish pieces - 1/2 kg

* Vegetable Oil - 3 tbsp

* Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp

* Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tbsp

* Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp

* Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp

* Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp

* Salt to taste


Preparation

Mix lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder to form a paste.

Apply this paste to fish pieces and keep them aside for 30 minutes.

Take a pan and heat oil in it then put fish pieces and cook it from all sides. Keep cooking till fish gets fried and become little crispy.

Garnish it with Coriander Leaves.
