Fish Tomato is mostly enjoyed with rice. However you can eat it along with Naan or Kulcha also. We are using tuna fish to make this tomato fish curry.
* Tuna Fish (cut to small pieces) - 1/2 kg
* Vegetable Oil - As required
* Tomatoes (chopped) - 2
* Onion (chopped) - 1
* Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
* Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
* Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
* Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
* Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
* Salt to taste
Apply lemon juice, turmeric powder and salt on fish pieces and keep aside for 1 hour.
Take a pan and put oil in it. On medium flame cook onion and tomato till a puree is formed. Then put all other ingredients (except fish) in it and add some water to make curry. You can add water as much thick or light curry you want.
Keep cooking the mixture and once it starts boiling add fish pieces to it and further cook for 5 to 10 minutes more.
Garnish it with coriander leaves and enjoy with Rice.
