Fish Pakora made with White Fish is one of the dish enjoyed as a starter or as main food in Indian Cuisine.
Recipe Ingredients
* White Fish Pieces - 5 to 6
* Vegetable Oil - To Fry
* Besan Flour - 1/2 cup
* Ajwain - a Pinch
* Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp
* Red Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
* Coriander Leaves (chopped)- Very little
* Salt to taste
Preparation
Clean the fishes and make small pieces.
Take a medium size bowl and put besan flour in it. Add Little Red Chilli Powder, Ajwain, Coriander Leaves, Lemon Juice and salt in it. Mix all these with little water to make fine Batter.
Heat oil in a Kadai separately.
One by one dip fish pieces in the batter and put fillets into oil. Fry till they turn brown.
Serve hot with Chutney.
