Fish Masala is another fish dish very quick to make. Take any type of Fish mix like Trout, Tilapia etc. to cook this recipe.
Recipe Ingredients
* Tilapia Fish Pieces - 8
* Vegetable Oil - For Frying
* Yogurt - 1/2 cup
* Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
* Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp
* Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
* Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
* Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
* Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
* Tomatoes (chopped) - 1
* Onion (chopped)- 1
* Salt to taste
Preparation
First clean and cut the fish to pieces. Apply lemon juice and salt on pieces and keep them aside for 30 minutes. After that shallow fry the pieces in oil till colour turns brown. Take all pieces out.
In a separate pan saute the onion in oil(very little) till it turns little brown. Add yogurt and all other ingredients to the pan. Keep moving the items till a paste is formed.
Then add fish pieces to the paste and cook for few more minutes and serve hot.
