Falooda

Falooda and kulfi makes an ideal dessert combination. Enjoy it most in summers after topping it with ice-cream.



Recipe Ingredients

* Milk - 2 cups
* Ready dried Faluda Sev - Handful
* Gulab Jal(Rose Water) - 2 tsp
* Tukmaria Seeds (Basil)- 1 tbsp
* Ice Cream - Strawberry or Vanilla
* Water - 2 cups



Preparation

Soak Basil seeds in water for 1 hour.

Boil ready sev in water for 15 minutes. Drain out the excess water and boil sev in milk(1 cup) over slow heat for 10 minutes. Let it cool down.

Add ice to super cool it and put little gulab jal and basil seeds. Put proportionate milk in the faluda and pour both ingredients in a glass. Top it with Ice-cream or kulfi and enjoy.
