Egg Pakora Recipe

Egg Pakora - A very different snack to serve to your guests. Make it yourself this easy egg dish in 15 to 20 minutes. You can premade it also and make it ready hot in a microwave oven just before serving.



Recipe Ingredients

* Hard Boiled Eggs (shelled) - 3
* Soda Bicarbonate - A Pinch
* Oil - To Deep Fry
* Gram Flour - 3/4 cup
* Red Chilli Powder - 1/4 tsp
* Tomato Ketchup - 1/2 tbsp
* Pepper to taste
* Salt to taste
* Water - As per requirement



Preparation

First cut the boiled eggs into two portions each, cross-ways. Sprinkle salt and pepper and set aside.

Prepare a thick batter with gram flour, chilli powder, soda bicarbonate, tomato ketchup, salt and water.

Take a pan and heat oil in it. Once it is hot , dip each egg piece in the batter and fry with the flat side up till golden brown on all sides turning gently. Serve piping hot with chutney or ketchup.
