Egg Kababs

Egg Kababs A vegetarian easy kabab recipe made with hard boiled eggs. To make it more spicier you can add garam masala and red chilli powder also in the fine paste.

Recipe Ingredients

* Eggs (hard boiled & halved lenghtwise) - 4
* Egg White (beaten) - 1
* Bread Crumbs - To coat
* Oil - To fry
* Salt to taste

Grind to a fine paste

* Coconut (grated) - 2 tbsp
* Green Chillies - 4 to 6
* Coriander Leaves - 2 tsp
* Ginger 1/4" - 1
* Garlic Cloves - 4


Cover the sliced side of the egg with a layer of the ground masala paste to which salt has been added to taste. Dip into the beaten egg white and roll in bread crumbs. Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.

Serve piping hot with mint chutney.
